I was born and raised in the beautiful island of Jamaica, where we have all year sunshine, scintillating beaches and never ending adventures.
More about me? O.K.! I am a young professional who is currently in the field of auditing and still loving it. I enjoy meeting and chatting with new people. When I am not at work, I am spending most of spare time with family, surfing the internet, playing an exciting game of checkers and experimenting in the kitchen to create new recipes. Why! Because I hate cooking the same meal over and over again! Don’t you? I am the second child in a family of eight and I love spending time with my family and doing things for them to enjoy, such as cooking. I really do! So much that when I was in my teen, I would hurry home from school to cook dinner for my family. Reaching home early meant that I would beat mom to kitchen, thus allowing me the chance to experiment with new dishes. I never killed any of them with my new found meals. Thank God! And my mom would still thank me for the kind effort even though sometimes the meal did not turn out too right! But I got better and better everyday. My family does not eat a lot of red meat, so chicken was mostly the order of the day! I guess this was why I made it my main duty to experiment, to create different types of chicken meals so that every taste will be more juicy and delicious.
So I have grown to love chicken meals as my family, and as such I have a lot of juicy chicken recipes that I could not resist from creating this website to share my culinary skills with the world.
